Returns & Exchanges
- Brand only manage the exchange policy and there is not return policy.
- Outfit or article can be exchange within 7 days of purchase receipt which must be shown at counter.
- In case of online purchase similar rule applied of 7 days exchange, once the order notified to our customer care for exchange at 0323-323-2158, the exchange process will start and we try to deliver at earliest the replace article which will guide you by our customer care.
- No exchange will entertain in case of articles purchase on discounts and promotions, further articles can only be exchange on the basis of receipts of payments.
- Condition of Articles exchange must be unused, all tags intact, with original packing, and original invoice presented at counter, where in case of online order confirmation email should be present on counter.
- Valid reason should be given for exchange like, size update, any defect.
